The House

The East Wing and West Wing of MRBH are two complete houses joined by a shared laundry.

Smart TV’s (EAST has Netflix, Stan & ABC iView, WEST is Netflix Only) - Note there is no mainstream TV reception - We enjoy the “unplugging”
Each House as a combustion fire to keep you warm in winter and ceiling fans in all rooms as well as a split-system air-conditioning to take the edge of the frosty mornings in the winter months or the air more comfortable in the heat of the summer. Being by the coast, air-conditioners are not required in the bedrooms as the nights do cool down.
Satellite NBN - this Wi-Fi enables the Smart TV’s to run and you to check your emails in case of work emergencies - but tell your colleagues & clients you are out of range so no one bothers you!!! Note basic Telstra reception is available, but not Optus or Vodafone.
Washing Machine & Dryer in the shared laundry - Only to be used if necessary - we are solely reliant on rain water, so ask if you can please hold off washing until you get home.
Fridges - The East has a large fridge for food and an older white fridge perfect for beverages and the West side has a large white fridge and a separate smaller bar fridge. Enough room to fit chilled food for a week.

Iron - You may need to smarten up your dress or shirt for a gorgeous long lunch next door at The Enchanted Fig Tree.
Full games cupboard with plenty of options for all ages.
